Intrapersonal Exploration

There are three levels of human interaction in relating: the intrapersonal, the interpersonal, and the transpersonal. This retreat focuses on the intrapersonal or intrapsychic level of relating, guiding you on a journey of self-exploration that leads to profound insights into your love patterns, personal boundaries, and the path toward more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. Our approach is rooted in the theory and techniques of Process Work, a paradigm that integrates Jungian psychology, Tao philosophy, Quantum Physics, and Shamanism. We also incorporate the techniques of Dance Therapy, emphasizing the importance of the body in human relationships.

“We need the body to relate to each other; therefore, relationships are above all bodily events.”

– Lapierre, 2015
